"The front office staff were excellent! The room lacked amenities for a 4 star hotel, like an iron, the room was not sound proof an I could hear the neighbors intimate sounds. The parking was very good and the availability of electric charging was a plus. The area around was a bit dirty. I had sigarette butts on my balcony for three days. "Hotel Flora is a beautiful facility nestled in the heart of Frascati, Italy. Located close to all attractions and within walking distance to the train, it was a lovely addition to our recent trip to Italy. The facilities were kept clean but, the tub leaked all over the floor as caulk just did not function accordingly. Not to bash the facility but, the extreme amounts of marble flooring and walls create a very loud environment which required some "shushing" of the guilty party of 10. Perhaps...
