Comfortable stay in lovely house
"We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (€6 return). We are a family of 5, with three teenage/20's sons. We enjoyed the pool and ate all of our meals on the spacious balcony. The only things that could have been better were the coffee machine, which would only make a max of 2 cups at a time, and also there were no baking trays for cooking in the oven. We would definitely go back to Alfonso's house if we were visiting this area of Italy again."

Beautiful unique villa with spectacular views of Rome
"Stayed here May 2023 with a group of seven friends and family. Our hosts were so lovely to deal with and very responsive to any requests we had. The villa is wonderful inside and out, with beautifully maintained gardens and the best outdoor cooking area we’ve ever had in a villa like this. There is plenty lounging space and the kitchen is very well appointed. The billiards table is a lovely bonus feature and we enjoyed making use of it during some unexpected wet weather. The pool house (which is a short walk away over a foot bridge - wasn’t overly clear about this before arrival from the pictures) is well suited to a couple, with its own kitchen and couches etc. The pool area and view really are the stars of the show - must be seen to be believed! Plenty of things to do in surrounding area, but car is recommended. That said, there are plenty restaurant choices and supermarkets with a short walk of the villa. Would particularly recommend upstairs in Dri - great food service and more of that amazing view)."
