"I booked the family delux room - 1 queen bed and a single bed. I was expecting a newly renovated room. For the price I paid, the room paint was falling off, you have to leave the aircon on 24/7 so it's freezing cold in the room. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent, and the temperature of the water is freezing cold. The positives were the reception staff were lovely, the pools were empty on a sunday morning (although the water was a little cold), we always had fresh water bottles and...

"Great location and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and restaurant food on an evening. Best shower I've had in a hotel. Unfortunately, the pool area was being upgraded during my stay (of which I was aware), but I was given a free voucher for entry to the wave lagoon as an alternative."

"Property well presented and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Air con & ceiling fan were excellent Minor gripes..TV remote was hopeless. Kitchen sink tap was installed badly with water control lever in wrong place making difficult to use. Otherwise a great few days"
