"Jättebra hotell, andra gången vi var här. De är helt fantastiska i service, speciellt då jag har specialkost, chef Gianni och hans team lagade fantastiskt god mat med hänsyn till mina behov. Och alltid ett vänligt leende vem man än möter av personalen på hotellet. Det var också perfekt städat överallt, både på rummet och i övriga delar av hotellet, både inomhus och utomhus. Extra fint också att de har en buss man kan åka med gratis till- och från stranden. Hoppas komma tillbaka hit flera...

"Hotel Hermitage was a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was decently spacious. Parking was easy-on site. The property was generally well kept and clean. The bathroom I had appeared to be relatively newly renovated, however it did need a new shower head as a lot of the rubber ends where the water comes out had calcified so the water pressure wasn't very good, or sprayed out in all sorts of directions. "This was a last minute booking on our part and it turned out to be an excellent choice. A good location within easy walking distance to the old town. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, helping us navigate parking on our trip to Lecce, making sure we took umbrellas with us which they provided. They gave us restaurant recommendations and other useful info. Breakfast was varied and really tasty. All in all this hotel is a bit of a gem!"
