We would like to see the hotel remove the small plastic cups of water in the room and replace with a filtered water fountain on each floor. "Lovely location and we enjoying visiting this beautiful colonial beach hotel however we were charged twice for drinks consumed in the lobby and moved to the terrace area despite explaining to the staff at the time and showing my receipts. "Arrived late after a long day flying. Check in was as swift as it could be and we were soon in our room. Clean and cool with comfy beds, toiletries available, water, etc. what more could you need for a stay between flights? Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from.
