"Overall a pleasant enough hotel to stay (3 nights). However we were disppointed in the room facilities provided in that - Nespresso coffee machine with 2 pods - BUT NO MILK or CREAMER. Four flimsy cardboard cups provided for both bathroom and room use. In my opinion these are unsafe - they provide no protection against hot fluids (we made our own tea- 100C water) and the hotel should consider as a minimum mugs (as in almost every hotel I've stayed in - and also plastic tumblers for the...
"Bij aankomst kregen we een gratis upgrade aangeboden; familiekamer. Dat was heel fijn omdat we daarmee veel ruimte hadden voor onze grote koffers.
Kamer was schoon, goed ontbijt, aardig personeel. Ligging is heel centraal in voetgangersgebied.
"Great hotel in a fab location in beautiful Tours, with everything in easy walking distance. The room was nice with an extremely comfortable bed and parking was easy (public parking under the hotel). The best part by far though we’re the people working there, so friendly and helpful and they all were fluent in English which was so helpful when we had an issue with our car, they found us a garage who could look at it that day. Don’t hesitate booking this hotel"
"The room was spacious and clean. I didn’t use the pool gym or spa. Th hotel was a long way from Tours ,in the middle of nowhere, accessible by very confusing roads needing satellite navigation."
"Sehr gute Lage um die Schlösser der Loire zu entdecken. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, welches sehr ruhig und komfortabel war. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze."
"Next to the Gare Centre and about 15 walk to Saint Pierre des Corps. Restaurants and bars around the corner, tourisme office is 5 min walk. So, location, location, location...
Hotel was clean, room was spacious, staff friendly, helpful. I love the classic French hotels, but was glad at the end of our trip to have a modern room and shower."
"The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. Great walk-in shower. We opted to reserve a parking space and to order breakfast - both good decisions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. The town of Azay-le-Rideau is charming with many small shops. We're looking forward to returning."
