Living room and dining room areas are very comfortable. 2nd bedroom: frame is a queen size but mattress is king size; also, no box spring under mattress so mattress is floppy and slides around. Sat on edge of mattress and fell on to the floor because there isn’t anything there to support the mattress. Frame and headboard aren’t attached. Makes bed uncomfortable and unsafe. "The view is wonderful, and the house could be. BUT IT IS NOW IN A VERY SAF STATE IF DISREPAIR. Two windows are closed up with storm shutters. A main set of French doors to the deck is nailed shut with boards, the fireplace is non-functional, multiple fans don’t work, the stove is pitiful. Not what you should get in an exclusive gated community on the beach. The house is in fact not beachfront. It is one lot back from the beach and so it has no direct access to the beach. The kitchen was outdated and too small the guest bathroom room didn’t have sink stopper and kept getting stopped up no washer and dryer inside the condo pay laundromat on property the sofa was dirty there were Cobb webs and spider in the bed room ect and ect…but the the property was beautiful and for that I would visit again and hope I get a better unit cause I notice my unit was the only one with no blinds and outdated. "

"This property has close walking access to the beach. It is very quiet around the resort. To get to shopping and restaurants you will need to drive a short 15 miles. The condo was perfect for 4 of us. Would stay here again."
