"Clean, modern, nicely equipped cabin. Comfortable bed, beautiful surroundings, safe. Excellent service. It helps to have a 4x4 rental to get here but it isn’t absolutely necessary. One note: there are neighborhood dogs that bark some nights. They’re not on the property but they are around. Earplugs were provided and we used them on one night. We would stay here again. Recommended. "

"I don’t recommend this hotel. Our room had zero ventilation so it got very hot and stuffy at night. There was no fan or ac so it was hard to sleep. There was zero housekeeping and when I needed items like toilet paper or a towel I had to find someone at the front desk - most of the time staff was no where to be found and the front desk was unattended. "We loved our stay at your spacious little apartment. The room was perfect and the plants and trees there were beautiful. Our host, Arelys, was very knowledgeable and helpful in planning our outings. Her experienced husband took us on a night walk in the cloud forest and taught us a lot about the local flora and fauna. It was very educational and a lot of fun. Pura Vida! "

"Staff were kind, honest, and super helpful. They always had a warm smile for us. When I accidentally left my bag, it was kept safe and returned. The trees near the beach are something truly special. Enjoyed the hammocks and tables on the beach. The food in the restaurant was absolutely excellent! While the rooms are a bit dated, they are the best in the area, and sufficient. "

Located next to the reserve, convenient for the night walk tour. Only wished it had a little better noise isolation, since we had neighbors being loud early in the morning. "
