"The hotel was itself was great, staff was awesome. My only complaint about was I booked the Club room, as I have done in many other hotels. I was disappointed when I learned that unless your their during service time, their was no offerings. Most properties will. Have access to sodas and bottled waters throughout the day. "Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back."
