"It was a nice place to stay. The place was clean and they gave us a warm welcoming with a delicious warm cookie! The pool was clean as well as the hot tub. The restaurant food was delicious. Overall we had a great experience! "

"Hotel was very nice and updated. Room very clean and staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel for dinner, beautiful balcony and delicious meal. The only negative is the area around the hotel seems very unsafe and dirty, not the hotels fault but we were surprised by the area when we arrived. Maybe it’s just normal for San Jose but we didn’t feel safe walking around and stayed in our room and decided not to wonder around."

"Excellent staff. Really decent looking rooms. My only issue was that I was in a room where there was an adjoining door and the other room could hear all my conversations and complained about the noise when I played a word game on my phone. Needs more insulation. "

"Very hard to find, then when you finally get there it’s not marked—looks like a house, and then they send you to another location. And finally, when we got to our room, we were told the water would be shut off from 10-4am., but they would provide a gallon of water. But they didn’t bring the water and the waiter was shut off before 10. Then they finally brought some water. The room had lots of closet space and bathroom had a lot of places to set things. The shower was cold only."
