"The hotel staff were great. The receptionist was so welcoming 🙂. The shops were a walk and a tram journey but only one stop on the tram. St Peter's Square ⬛ is lovely a five minute walk away. Bed was very comfortable."

The air con in the room was loud and kept me up even when I turned it off, there was a leak in the ceiling and the sound of water dripping from the ceiling onto the carpet also woke me up at 3am. Staff were polite but I had to wait atleast 5 minutes to speak to someone every time I went to reception and there was no answer to the call I made from my room. WiFi was consistently weak but strong enough to access internet. "
