We had the lower level room and the shower head kept falling off when you turn on and off the shower which we let the staff know about, and the temperature fluctuated a lot. Unfortunately, without any prior notice from the hotel or from Expedia, we were told that the restaurant was closed for dinner, but that breakfast would be served as normal in the morning.
