"Welcoming and clean. Service was great. The breakfast buffet was superb. The only things that I would change: 1) They need a hot tub / jacuzzi for the pool / spa area. 2) They need to offer the option for soft bed pillows."

"ITZA AMAZING. The hotel is in a great location easy to walk to areas or catch taxis. Restaurants close by. The hotel is beautiful the rooms are spacious and filled with everything you need and more. The staff was so wonderful. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Five stars is not enough fhey need 10. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. "
