I stayed in this hotel after an 8 1/2 hour journey to Scotland to meet my biological father and they made it above and beyond for us by meeting our needs in every way I’d like to thank all the staff and the management for their part in my reunion. "Couldn’t fault it, always worry going to breakfast late that there won’t be much or it’s not as fresh, going down 30 Minutes before it finished and they were still bringing more out! Staff all super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, coming from Plymouth an 8 hour drive we were gutted to have to leave a day early to get home before the snow and ice warnings kicked in! Will definitely be back again "
