Blew away my expectations. For once the room we stayed in was even better in person than it was advertised in the Expedia listing. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and just perfect honestly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The Nespresso machine and coffee that were located in the lobby were excellent. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast at the Old Spence cafe. The tram was not working due to some street closures but the public bus system was easy to figure out and the main stop was not too far away.
