"The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. My room looked out on the front entrance rather than the main road so was very quiet. The hotel bar was pleasant with windows and an entrance onto the main street, and it wasn't overly expensive. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and I'd say was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had anywhere. The food was good quality, well cooked (where applicable), and the selection very good. The location of the hotel was very convenient for visiting...

"Super friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom had only one large towel out even though it was booked as a double room. Apparently there’s another in a cupboard somewhere but bed, shower and breakfast are the key 3 things you want and one of those wasn’t ideal for the sake of putting out an extra towel. Room was very clean and bed comfy although building looks a little tired. Small bit of litter outside room door but easy to miss as it was a clear plastic cup. Breakfast excellent and great value...

"Lovely hotel, the staff are amazing, a credit to the hotel chain, you feel welcomed immediately as guests. Beautiful inside and out lovely and clean by amazing housekeeping staff. The only thing I'd change, is the food menu and some dining recccomendations for guests. In the bar area, to do laid back dining like scampi and normal chips, (not skin on) not everyone likes these and thats all that's available. The bar menu, is still too 4 star the menu, if you want a more laid back eating...
