"Love the hotel . Hotel is awesome very clean . Employees are sweet n courteous.The rooms are comfortable and we got good sleep. I didn’t like the fact if you tell cleaning service for room to come at 1 pm they would come at 5.30 pm . Secondly any dishes left in skin were not done . The pool side bar drinks are horrible . At the same time bar inside the hotel the drink are freaking amazing . Food is decent . Walkable to restaurants n has Vallet service ."

I came in very tired and stressed out after a terrible day and was very unpleasant when walking in. The very professional Z was so helpful and courteous even though I started off rude and unpleasant to him. After a few minutes of his professionalism we both ended up having a very much needed laugh with a fist bump and a brief hug. He made my night so much better by looking past my stress and staying cool and professional. The crew and property is unmatched. "
