"We stayed at the Stables cottage in Clarendon Cottages. I have been staying at the Dandenong Ranges for 20 years but I was extremely impressed with this place. Visually just gorgeous - attention to detail - and every effort made for a comfortable stay. The Stables is a twin bedroom cottage - with beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Our night included breakfast and our own private garden, cupboard with toys and games and even a decanter of port with glasses!! Just wow!! I will not hesitate to rebook...

"We loved the location and space for two people. There are two wash rooms (one with a tub and the other with a shower). There is one toilet room, which worked fine for us but to be aware of if you have a larger group. The kitchen was well stocked and Gaylene our host even left us a fresh loaf of bread from the local bakery and some jams and butter. The bed was comfortable, there was a washer and dryer. "Stunning property! Stayed for a couple nights in Jan. Note that cabins are serviced via tank so hot tub water was a little brown due to this. High quality locally-sourced breakfast essentials and toiletries provided. Absolutely beautiful grounds that are very well maintained. Woke up to the sound of songbirds and gentle rain pattering on luscious green fernery. Highly recommend these secluded cabins for a luxurious nature retreat!"
