We loved our stay at the Yarra Valley Lodge. Loved the room, view, wild life, food and drinks. Highly recommend considering staying at the Lodge if you are staying overnight or longer in the Yarra Valley.
Staff service was great but the TV was not connecting to smart phone to use netflix, youtube or any entertainment. And it is great if they can provide a microwave and cutlery and crockery inside the room for guests to use. Otherwise everything else was perfect and will be definitely recommended
Excellent room. Great breakfast. Wonderful stroll with lots of roos and birds.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Each time we stay at the lodge we find the staff are friendly. Room is always spotless and the beds and pillows are so comfortable.
We normally have a light meal in the Lodge Bar Bistro area.
Breakfast has a variety of cold and hot food which is always displayed well.
Lovely property for golfers, right in front of the Heritage Golf Club and not too far from Eastern Golf Club. Lovely facilities, large rooms, friendly staff and good food.
The room was spotless, the staff nice and courteous and surroundings lovely but the food from the bistro doesn’t not match what the rest of the place is. I am not complaining about the price but it was expensive for the quality of the food.
The hotel location is excellent, but the facilities and furniture are outdated and poorly maintained.
The swimming pool and amenities shown in the photos are not part of the hotel, are in bad condition, and require an extra fee to use.
The surroundings and natural landscape, including kangaroos near the entrance, are a positive highlight. However, the room furniture, carpet, bathroom, and table were old, worn, and visibly damaged.
From the wonderful staff at the front desk.
Rooms are sportless and comfortable beds.
Service in the bistro area and dinning room is outstanding staff are friendly and helpful.
You have a great choice from the menu in the bistro and the food is always great.
