"We had two rooms, in one of them the air conditioning controller was stuck at maximum 22 C , so it was pretty cold in the room, in the other room the window had a problem at closing and kept a gap of about half a centimeter on the left side , therefore during the night it was both cold and noisy as the room faced the motorway. The staff at checkin and checkout were very nice but the hotel definitely needs renovation."

"The hotel made an excellent first impression. The ground-floor areas were attractive, modern and welcoming, and most of the staff I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the positives largely ended there.
The upstairs areas felt tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. In my opinion, they were more reminiscent of a budget hotel than the standard suggested by the hotel's marketing and pricing.
On arrival, I also found the attitude of the two receptionists...

"Great hotel, very close to Den Haag Central/ Train Station and many shops, restaurants and parks are close by. I love their funky atmosphere and cool modern design. The bed was comfortable, I just wish they leave 2 more pillows (softer ones). Would love to come back if I’m in the Netherlands in the future. "

"The hotel was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the market square. From getting off the bus, the hotel was hard to locate. The restaurant was clearly marked but not the hotel. Walked around for a bit trying to figure out where it was located. Quiet location, park is across the street and not very visible from hotel room balcony. Was nice to have balcony with door so I could keep the room cool. Nice restaurant and bar with friendly staff."
