"The hotel is relatively basic but very nice style. We had an issue in our room which was pretty bad but the staff did try to help and eventually moved us to a suite. There were no dairy alternatives for milk which was tricky but fine. The masala dosa for breakfast was very nice. A few more towels would be great! "

Does not provide 24x7 hot water… you have to tell them to start the hot water system and wait…then you have to waste at least one bucket full of water before you have running hot water…Eco-friendly just by show…glass bottles no plastic bottles, play card to be put on pillow to avoid bed cover change..etc.. just pure show to be eco-friendly 2.) Even during winter time they have no facility for room heating. Our room...
