"The location of this hotel worked for us. Marina and JBR is only 15mins with car. The hotel itself is clean and services provided was top notch was given water and coffee whenever we requsted it. Shame about VIP perks it was not mentioned to us by the staff."

"The people who do the actual work make the stay here so much better. Sincere thank you to the valets, cleaners and restaurant staff that make the experience a million times better. Unfortunately we had to wait 2/3 hours to finally check into our room after a very long journey but we were upgraded and gifted a cake as it was my birthday. It still would be nice to check in and rest as soon as we arrive."

"The suite rooms were clean and well Presented and the pools well maintained and well serviced. However the lifts are very slow and small and take ages to get from floor to floor. The staff in the Hartisan restaurant were all very helpful and polite especially the Egyptian manager Trader Vic’s was great for dinner and cocktails !"

"Overall its great. But the 45 AED tax pay we know when we arrive there. And 200 AED deposits. A journey is always budgeted so when these happens it’s inconvenient for the budget we gonna spend please these must be taken when we do the payments for hotel beforehand then we can budget as per it. "

"New hotel, GREAT value for money for Dubai A little far from main attractions, but taxi's are plentiful... return to dubai mall for 60 USD.... leaving you with around a 100 USD saving for a smilar quality hotel. Food at the main resteraunt was GREAT! keep that chef!"
