"The manager Katrin was amazing, after sharing the reason that I was visiting as my mother had been taken into hospital whilst staying with family. Katrin showed genuine care and after she realised I wasn’t staying that much in the hotel because I spent all the time in the hospital, she kindly offered me a late check out and made sure I was ok, Katrin also told me to reach out for anything and she will ensure my stay is comfortable."

"The service here was consistently great. Conferencing, breakfast, bars, restaurants, reception. Fantastic. Hotel itself is lovely. My room was lovely. Although there was construction work outside (it is Dubai after all), the sound proofing on the patio doors was excellent. Breakfast was excellent (and great coffee!). I will definitely stay here on my return. "
