The hotel is in a good location. The price is good comparing what they offer. The only bad thing very bad smell coming out from the bathroom and carpets have to be cleaned more frequently because they smell around dirty.

Very convenient location with easy access to tram and metro. However the restaurants and marina areas are not at a walking distance from the hotel, have to take a cab or other transportation. Very good cost x benefit

Good hotel

A gem of a hotel in amongst all the tall building! It had 2 pools, one of which is a rooftop and a bar. The rooms are comfortable, but a little bit dated! The location is good near to the Marina and Jumeirah Beach!

The Al Khail Metro Station (Red Line) is about 650mts walk from the Hotel... Dining options nearby are limited, but one could take a stroll to the Marina Walk and there are plenty of options. Breakfast options offer a mixed fare and have vegetarian as well as both vegan and non-vegetarian options... Overall a good, pleasant stay.

The only disappointment to this hotel was the swimming pool, this said I have a 6 year old so should have maybe checked beforehand. Apart from this it was excellent… close to Marina and beach (23 AED - 6€) in a taxi.

Realizing that hotel is older. Considering that we s/b more mindful of germs. My room was not dusted (sanitized) to say the least. When traveling local, I sanitize my room. Otherwise, staff was great. Check in was easy. Breakfast was delicious and again staff (Sashi and Matilda) were very helpful.

We booked 4 nights at this hotel after using the Radisson chain before. The hotel was about 30-40 minutes via taxi at 10pm and cost 100 AED. The hotel is walking distance to both tram and metro with direct line to the Dubai Marina and Burj Khalifa/Airport so it’s in a good location. The hotel room was spacious for 2 people. Walk in shower and bathroom. The hotel has 2 swimming pools which we used - hotel provides towels. The staff were helpful and welcoming. We had booked a desert safari (separately from the hotel) but they cancelled 10 minutes before. The hotel concierge overheard and was trying to find a tour operator to take us last minute. He contacted someone who agreed a price, but did not know the company name and was insistent on booking. We did not want to do all the activities in the package and it was agreed we get a cheaper price for not doing them. We agreed the price and booked, however, when they called back to confirm, the price doubled and included the activities we didn’t want to do - we tried cancelled, however they said we need to pay a cancellation fee and very insistent. This felt it was being booked with one of their friends rather than a tour company. There was a huge selection of breakfast options. I would stay here again.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker, gute Auswahl und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal, war sehr freundlich, der Check-in verlief reibungslos und schnell. Der einzig Minus Punkt, lag in der Sauberkeit des Zimmers, der Flur und das Hotelzimmer haben stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, unser Zimmer war veraltet und bei Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotzdem genossen und können das Hotel, wer über den einzigen Kritikpunkt hinwegsehen kann weiter empfehlen.
