"Beautiful hotel, overall excellent customer service. They need to invest more on finishing the final touches like sealing exposed wood accents, and investing more on detailed cleaning. The pool area was gorgeous and the bar was right next to it with a super friendly and knowledgeable bartender. The dining area was large and there was plenty of options of food both American and Mexican. Overall great experience and I would love to visit again in the future to see all the upcoming upgrades."

"Montevalle was a beautiful property! The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Other amenities like the pool & jacuzzi is well maintained. Service at the restaurant and reception was great! They call themselves a Wellness resort but it was cumbersome to book a massage online. Only packages are listed & not individual massages. We had booked two massages online but when we checked in they told us that it’s not shown on the system. We booked for next day only to be canceled again....
