Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! "Nice hotel and perfectly located, we would have liked to eaten in the restaurants but sadly they were full. The car parking was also full so had to park in a nearby car park, if you visit booked the restaurant before hand and perhaps the parking too."
