"All good - upgraded the room so we could be high up the tower with great city views. Breakfast perfectly cooked. Worth every penny!"

"Lovely welcome, clean and well equipped room. An issue with noise in neighbouring room was dealt with effectively. Staff could not have been more attentive."

"Parking is convenient. Staff in reception and in the Sky bar for dinner were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only one thing I would raise is that I knew on a Monday the Sky bar did a se t dinner menu for £17.95 for two courses - but when we arrived we were only given the a la carte menu and no mention was made of the option (its Sun and Mon only from 4pm) of the set menu (which has a lot of the a la carte menu options on it and it is much cheaper) so I had to ask - as soon as I did it was offered but if I hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have been have been given the option. Overall though a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again. "

"Comfortable bed, quiet hotel so had a good night’s sleep - the most important thing in a hotel stay. The hotel was close to the train station, shopping and the University. It was a perfect place to stay. Note there is ongoing construction next to the hotel, but we could not hear it in our room. "

"Excellent stay, great room, dinner and breakfast very good, evening restaurant staff were excellent. Only downside was there was a draft on my floor and my door was banging back and forth all night. "
