"This hotel presents itself as a high end hotel, but it is not. I stayed in a Deluxe Bedroom, on the 19th floor. The sound proofing on the windows is horrible. I could hear all the cars honking every morning from the 19th floor waking me up. At times, you could smell cigarette smoke coming thru the vents from other bedrooms. The only good things about this hotel are the breakfast, nearby subway station, and the dry cleaning. The customer service is subpar. I had to checkout sooner than...

Perhaps a problem with Westerners like me, but I need a room to be at least down to 18-20 degrees Celsius/ 68 degrees Fahrenheit in order to sleep comfortably.
