"Well located near the Blue Gate on a quiet street. And, the very friendly and welcoming staff really made for the perfect stay. Pillows were comfortable with m clean white bed linens. Breakfast and coffee was plentiful with flexible timing. The hosts really went out of their way to be helpful with tour suggestions. And I so appreciated being walked to their arranged taxi to catch my early morning flight. A wonderful stay."

"Beautiful Riad, high value for money. We slept in a beautiful room, the beds were nice so was all the amenities in the Riad, a very nice bathroom. Beautiful view over the city from the rooftop and a pool. We had a nice dinner there, as we had to leave early at 6.30 they packed our breakfast, the staff was so kind. High value for money can recommend. Only note is that the neighbourhood is less nice than the Arabic part of the medina."

Jaw dropping is what happened when we entered this Ryad. We were met with amazing hospitality and very warm, caring staff. This Riad is lo ated i side the Medina so its advisable to call ahead 20 minutes prior to arrival so a porter can take you and your luggage directly through the maze that is the Fez medina. The hotel can book a private 4 hour tour of the medina with a local guide for $40 Euro and ask if Omar can guide for you. Well worth it! The owners of the Riad told me that they try to hire people who have a good heart rather than people with experience because you can teach service but not heart. They have succeeded beyond their expectations. Ghizlane & Youssef, and the rest of the staff, provided the best service that we’ve ever had at any hotel and they made us feel like family, not customers. I can’t recommend them any higher. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.
