"The view is wonderful, and the house could be. BUT IT IS NOW IN A VERY SAF STATE IF DISREPAIR. Two windows are closed up with storm shutters. A main set of French doors to the deck is nailed shut with boards, the fireplace is non-functional, multiple fans don’t work, the stove is pitiful. Not what you should get in an exclusive gated community on the beach. The house is in fact not beachfront. It is one lot back from the beach and so it has no direct access to the beach.
