"Excellent hotel. Executive room was very spacious. Only down side was room was very hot and as the air conditioning is centrally controlled I could not reduce the temperature. This meant a few sleepless nights. It changes next week I’m told. I do not think this is acceptable. The room temperature should be controlled independently. "The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links...
