"The staff are well trained and attentive. Takes service to a whole different level. We stayed in a family room great space. U can change yr pillows. Situated right next to west lake with private entrance. "

"A brave new hotel at hotel. all staff there are getting their best to serve guests well. Rooms are spacious and has a lot of smart design in terms of lighting control, enormous TV programs selection. But we think the design could have done better not to waste some room space , and the room decorations a bit plain, the lobby, hallways seem to missing the grandeur of Shangri La. "
