"It was just a quick stay & its good. Just need to improve on the checking in part, waited for long time to trace the booking, i was tired, hungry while they took a long while to find the expedia booking. "

"Good: 1. Distance from the railway station. 2. Free pick-up and drop services from the railway station and Katra helipad. 3.The room service staff were professional and quick. Bad: 1. Hot water issue: The geyser works only for a limited supply of hot water, which is not sufficient for bathing. 2.The reception and restaurant staff were not welcoming. 3. Limited/repetitive food options in the buffet. 4. Frequent electricity disconnections: It happens around 7-8 times a day."
