"Great location, bc it close to everything. There's a trail from the hotel that leads down into the town. Clean room, balcony isn't that big but I didn't spend much time in my room. So it wasn't a deal breaker. I took a star away bc there are no irons in the room. Staff told me there is a room to iron your clothes on the 3rd floor. That's an inconvenience and kind of weird for me. The food was good and fresh, and there was an assortment to choose from. Overall I'd go back again."

"I don't have a bad word to say! About 20mins drive from the airport costing about 40euros in a taxi. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. Excellent high quality food choices for reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and polite. Facilities were excellent. "This hotel was amazing! The location was great, staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was really enjoyable, and overall a great hotel. The room I stayed in had an amazing corner view with views toward Funchal, the mountains, and the ocean. The room was very large and comfortable. Even though I did not get to enjoy it, there was also live music in the hotel’s bar area and two pools which looked very lovely. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I am in Madeira!"

"Absolutely lovely hotel, the breakfast brunch was fantastic every time. The location is great if you plan to travel around the island as it’s 20 seconds from the highway. The ocean view was great as well. The restaurant and markets that are 30 seconds walk from the hotel were phenomenal as well. Definitely staying here again when I come back!"
