If they don't something you need, they go above and beyond with trying to get it for you. Room was nice, very hot out, but a/c cranked. Last day of check out we went to their downstairs activity room. Golf, bowling, pool, shuffleboard, a bar and appetizers. Easiest way to kill an hour of two with the kids...

"Housekeeping is very poor. During our 4 night stay housekeeping only serviced our room once. The beds were lumpy and the pillows were like sacks of potatoes. I did complain and was offered a free breakfast but nothing could replace our lack of comfort. It seems that more effort is put into weddings and events. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again."

"Housekeeping was a problem. Original room we checked into looked like the maid had laid on the bed and never straightened it afterward. Second room they put us in had a used washcloth in the shower. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel. They just need to fix their housekeeping staff/process."

"Would not recommend booking here. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, which is already quite late for a hotel stay. I received access information at 3:50 PM, but then at 4:16 PM, 16 minutes after check-in time, I received another message telling me to disregard the check-in details because the room would not be ready until 5:30 PM. I had no advance notice, and this created a major inconvenience as I had an event at 6:00 PM and needed access to the room to get ready. When I finally got into...

"Stayed overnight passing through on our couples weekend! Modern room for a decent price. Front desk was welcoming and friendly. Quiet location, both inside and outside. Clean room and property is our biggest plus!"

"Bathroom had mold in the shower. Telephone was in operable. The coffee did not fit in the extremely cheap coffee maker so you had to sit sideways to make a cup of coffee. There was no tea in the room nor was there tea at the bar the air conditioner sounded like a jet, taking off every hour to pull the room. The menu for Room Service was extremely limited with nothing truly appetizing to choose from the staff all seemed dressed, extremely casually, not professionally as most Marriott I have seen...
