"We had a very positive experience at the Welcome Hotel. It is in a perfect location, just take an elevator across the street to get to the beautiful Old Town area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Kristen Thiele, were all friendly and helpful. Kristen went out of her way to help us with the train scheduling. The included breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. Overall, a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again."

"Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel. Der Service allerdings war der schlechteste, den ich je erlebt habe. Zum Beispiel: Eine halbe Stunde Wartezeit auf Milch und heißes Wasser beim Frühstück, nachmittags im Café kam die Milch dann auch nur auf Anfrage nach 20 min, kochend heiß... Schade!"
