"This hotel is amazing. The reception staff were super friendly and very professional. I was offered the upgrade and it was well worth it. The hotel is ideally situated, and there is plenty of parking available. The restaurant is bright and airy and has plenty of space. The food was of good quality and the service was exceptional. The lifts were a bit temperamental but on the whole, a great hotel that I'll be revisiting on a regular basis."
