"Centrally located near shops cafes and supermarket. Block away from Wanaka lake. Basic older style accommodation in a handicap room. No view in this room. Larger rooms available upstairs with views. Good bed and pillows. Warm with own split system."
"We had a great stay, despite our 1st room and 1st night being difficult as we were placed in a room directly in front of tennis courts and later to find out a basketball court! Which was used a lot in the evening.
Luckily we were able to be moved to another apartment which was MUCH nicer overall in terms of being in better shape and comfortable beds and also quiet."

Lovely environment, although outdoor furniture in our room could be easily improved. Loved the small town and downtown area. "Awesome stay! Host Kaalene was so lovely and helpful. Room was perfect - two bedrooms, living room area and kitchen. 50 feet from park with lovely trees and walk down to water. Hot tub under the stars & free laundry made it an absolutely ideal place for our family of four to spend a few nights in Wanaka. Also rec. the wine tasting at Rippon."

"We were contacted by Customer Service at Hotel.com 2 days before our stay at Arrow Hotel to inform us that Arrow hotel is unable to honour our confirmed booking but gave no clear reason other than its closed.
We are very disappointed with this outcome especially when we are not told clearly why after confirming our booking, it is cancelled at short notice. "

"Just finished staying at Alpine View. Location was great as it is out of town by 5 min. Quite and a nice place to unwind after a long day. Was looking forward to the hot tub but found out there is none. Pictures used in write up are from the previous owner. Breakfast was nothing to write home about."
