"We had a very nice one night stay. Great peaceful location in the heart of the forest, when you look outside your window you look into the forest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice accomodation, could use a little tlc in some corners, but that's just regular wear and tear. Rooms are practically designed, a little dark for my taste (but that's personal preference). If I need to give one negative feedback point, you need to make reservations for the pool (time slot of 45min / 30 persons) it...

"Excellent hotel. Executive room was very spacious. Only down side was room was very hot and as the air conditioning is centrally controlled I could not reduce the temperature. This meant a few sleepless nights. It changes next week I’m told. I do not think this is acceptable. The room temperature should be controlled independently. "Beware the pictures showing a pullout couch. Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). The front desk staff after some confused promises over several days eventually provided us with a room that did have a true pull-out one. If you need one, contact the hotel directly. "The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links...

"Unique Art Nouveau home that is beautifully decorated! Right on the bank of La Meuse River. Muriel (the host) was wonderful and very helpful with advice (where to eat, where to visit, etc.) We will definitely go back next time we visit Namur!"
