"Lovely room and very spacious!! It was a bit noisy with car honking on the street outside, but ear plugs were provided which was very considerate!"

"Handy location for accessing Melbourne CBD and transport options to get to other wonderful locations in Victoria. 24hr reception is helpful for those late night flight arrivals. Safe area for solo travellers."

"空間大 地點周邊環境購物吃東西都方便"

"Hotel was lovely but the instructions to call from the airport for the shuttle didn’t work. No answer on several tries, even from the free public phone in the airport. The first taxi driver declined to drive me because it would be too small a fare. A second driver did but was upset and asked security to let him back into the airport without waiting. Return shuttle to airport worked very well."

"Great location, new and amenities great."

"Overall the hotel is decent and well equipped but has a few issues. Positives: - Well equipped room - Wonderful breakfast Negatives: -"

"Great experience, am planning to go again - highly recommend to others"

"The staff were friendly but the room I stayed in needed a lot work the bed was missing a leg in the middle on the right side so when laying on it the bed bends down to the floor the AC wasn’t working the shower is poorly designed water gets everywhere even outside of the bathroom"

"Loved the location. Close to Southern Cross station and a wide variety of restaurants. Check in was seamless and room had necessary amenities. Loved the washing machine and dryer in room and fact that washing powder was supplied Bed was very comfortable ."
