"We loved our stay at the Grand Hotel Gozo. Really good location and views. Standout were the wonderful staff - all so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot recall the names, but the Portuguese maitre d, reception staff and Hungarian beautician are especially to be commended for their wonderful service. "A shout-out to the hardworking and friendly staff, especially Alex and Sabana at the front desk, who are always smiling and happy to help in every way possible. It's a new facility, so they are still addressing some mechanical issues, but they are eager to improve and welcome feedback from guests. Great location close to the water with plenty of dining options and a convenient bus stop for exploring other parts of Gozo. I would definitely stay there again in the future. "
