"Hotel was very clean. Only slight negative was lack of options for evening meals, only the one restaurant available with limited menu, especially for those with dietary issues (vegan). That said some of the restaurant staff were more than excellent with there helpful service and providing specially cooked food for us. "Everything was really good but did not receive 5 star service that I was hoping for! Breakfast is amazing! Facilities are really good! However I booked for massage through their online system and on the day they said they don’t have the booking and the spa did not have two people hammam massage available at the same time! So one of the most important relaxing activities that I wanted to do on our holiday I coudnt! And reception stuff simply just said sorry without any real emotion! "

It was off season so the outside pools were closed but we visited the nearby beach and able to swim. Staff were very friendly and helped make this a great short break. "
