The location, pool and gym facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is really wonderful. Some rooms have been refurbished and are very large and spacious with an updated bathroom. We had an updated 1 bedroom suite and it was wonderful. Ask ahead. Staff were very helpful.

Great hotel ideally located a few minutes walk from the main area of St Julian’s and Paceville Gets very busy at night with loads of bars, Disco and nightlife Good food choices with Henry Beam and Hard Rock Cafe Excellent clean room with excellent staff and service and nice pools as well as the facility to swim in the sea Rush hour in the evening can be expensive with bolt taxi Blue lagoon is a must

Wonderful friendly staff. Just that we had a problem with toilet blocking and room card not working in evenings. Also the pool was available to outsiders, not just hotel staff as people knew the gate pin number to get in so sometimes the loungers were nit available . But still a wonderful hotel with staff very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic staff, varied breakfast and good location. The ongoing construction work for hard rock hotel next door was a little disruptive, but the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Loved the various pool options. We also loved the executive lounge drinks and snacks, and we were upgraded from junior to deluxe suite, so were very well catered for. Ordered delicious desserts to the room too, after a long day out, thoroughly recommend. Traffic in Malta can be quite heavy so we used bolt and uber, and only travelled by bus to comino/ Gozo, bus can be very busy!

Great hotel and staff were really good with us and our children, would point out they are constructing 2 big apartment blocks behind the hotel which did generate noise from 07:00 each morning and there was a lot of disruption due to the construction traffic each day. We ordered breakfast to the room one morning which was really good and would recommend. The staff in the pearl lounge bar were great and probably made the best drinks of the multiple areas on the property. We tried a couple of the different restaurants between the 3 hotels and were only disappointed with the American Henry J Beans.

The hotel is spotless, yes it’s dated but the staff are all amazing and keep everything pristine. Nothing is too much trouble and they always offer to take your bags or help get a taxi. We were upgraded from a junior to a queen suite which was amazing. The executive lounge access was a real bonus and all the staff work exceptionally hard to keep it clean and fully stocked. The choice of pools was amazing as you can use any from the hotel group on the corner and also has sea access too. I’d come back in a heart beat as whilst the location near st Julian and isn’t quite for us the hotel is quiet and Bolt taxis are all reasonable and can take you to where ever you want to go. Breakfast was plentiful of all your regulars plus the bacon and sausage were like the UK’s. Didn’t use the spa but it looked exceptionally well maintained and it was good to see you didn’t have to be having a treatment to use the hot tub, pool and sauna. Portion sizes in restaurants are huge so bear in mind if you don’t eat big portions.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel with great facilities and restaurants. The executive lounge variety of food and relocation is not as good but the staff are still very friendly. Lots of construction in the bay area and heavy pneumatic drilling opposite the hotel is currently annoying.
