Even though it's not in Valletta, it's really close to Sliema marina, ferry boats and several tour options. The hotel is super nice, amazing breakfast and very nice staff. I definitely recommend it, and wouldn't hesitate to come again !! Great option to know Malta !!

I would just like to point out that there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room and no safe. Unfortunately there was work going on around or in the hotel that created banging, builders talking early morning. The staff and builders once I made it known to them were incredibably polite. The hotel itself was extremely clean and in a good location.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of everywhere in Sliema. Lovely and attentive staff, spotlessly clean hotel. You must check out the roof top terrace and pool area!

it is good location, quite area but close to everything . I liked the newly established style of the hotel and rooms are good. Breakfast was nice especially desserts are delicious! The only drawback is that hot water in a shower ends so quickly it is barely enough to take full shower.

Great location-- easy access to the ferry to Valletta and St Julian's, yet still pretty quiet and residential. Hotel was nice and very well kept. Friendly staff. Overall, really good value for money. I'd definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic place to stay for my daughter and I for our 5 day trip to Malta. Super conveniently located to the ferry, boat or bus tours and restaurants, night life etc. We walked around every night and it was extremely safe and a quiet walk away from all of the bustle. The staff was outstanding, always going above and beyond and super helpful. When we return we will definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much for a lovely visit!!!

The hotel is in a great central location and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is the same every day but it’s good. Try the scones with Greek yogurt and honey. The city itself could stand to be cleaner, especially when compared with other areas of Malta.

We selected a room with a balcony, which provided extra space to relax and to be honest to air our clothes after the days activites. The hotel is on quite a busy road but once inside there was no noise from the traffic. Breakfast is buffet style and choices were good and well stocked. Pool is small but more than enough for a dip to cool off. Location is up a hill, but most places are in Sleima, and is very manageable. The good thing was whichever direction we went from the hotel we were able to find good places to eat. There is a menu for lunch and dinner but we prefer to explore the area. Overall very happy with Ta Tereza.

Very convenient location: pastizzeria, corner shop, souvenir shop and 2 cafes right next to it. Halfway between Sliema waterfront and St Julian's Balluta Bay. A lovely rooftop lounge area with swimming pool (only disadvantage was the pool was not heated). Decent breakfast included (although more variety would be nice. Not very common - our room was actually larger than any of the photos shown. The staff did an excellent job in dealing with our requests and fullfilling our needs. Rajesh, the receptionist, did an outstanding job, making us very welcome from day one. And so did his lady colleagues at the reception (sorry, did not catch their names but easy to find out I guess) as well as the room service and everyone else. Overall - a lovely boutique hotel that may not be 5* but its staff deffo makes the difference - exemplary!

Excellent gem!

Great location & excellent service-oriented staff headed by GM Karl who is very hands-on. Enjoyed my 3-night stay so much that I returned to the same hotel for an additional 4-nights, after a 2-night trip to Gozo. The hotel has thought of little things to make one’s stay more comfortable. Example are 2 USB sockets by the bedside lamp, so you need not worry if you forgot your adaptors because you had US or European plugs. I have a mobility issues that I gave the hotel a heads up. For one that travels regularly for business & pleasure, I expect an accessible room. And the TaTereza meets all those features & more. My room was right by the elevator. Had special features that can make a room functional for people with physical challenges. Hard wood floors unencumbered by rugs. Great room layout was free from clutter. The bathroom, has a roll-in shower, grab bars for the shower and toilet that can prevent a nasty accident. Hotel has a nice patio to enjoy Breakfast, which was more than the usual continental breakfast advertised. I enjoyed the hot scrambled eggs, selection of ham/ salami & cheese. If The pastries made in-house are any indication, I’m looking forward to having dinner at the restaurant in/house opening soon.
