This is our third stay at the hotel and the only place we will book to stay. The location is perfect, the rooms lovely with excellent views and the staff friendly. I have dairy and gluten intolerances and at breakfast was always provided with soya milk and gluten free bread ( sometimes it took at little while to get it ) Didn't eat at the hotel at any other time but the breakfast was great.

Excellent position- right on the sea promenade- tons of restaurants and gelatos! Sea view room was fantastic! We stayed at the 12th floor - superb view. Bathroom could need a bit of update. Very much enjoyed the hotel, once again, after our last trip 8 years ago. One lift was out of service the whole time, though, which sometimes caused difficulties. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was good and our room was very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, but there is a lot of building work going on outside the hotel and this didn't always feel very safe.
