"There’s a lady that works at the front desk. He’s passive aggressive, nitpicky, and works hard to make sure customers don’t feel comfortable or safe. I would recommend that the company disregard her contract and make sure that she does not work ever again in the hospitality industry, she has caused me to go through great lens to make sure no one feels disrespected and that same way again."

"Be aware that it is next to a casino and the parking could be pretty crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. The bed mattress is overly soft, softest I have seen in fact, I prefer much firmer but this is personal taste I guess. The breakfast is paid, but really good both selection and value-wise. Overall, it is a good value, clean room with little annoyances."

"The hotel has newly refurbished plodding and bar now I hope that the rooms will follow. Whilst the rooms are looking dated and worn. "The stay was comfortable but i would say no better than a travel lodge in the UK. I am extremely dissapointed about the hidden charges bill that I was thrown at when I went to check in I feel I should have been informed that even though I had selected the breakfast option while booking I was not paying for it at that time and will have to pay at check in. this is a flaw in hotels.com to trap customers with cheaper upfront payment. "

"It's the Steamship Rotterdam... a really special surprise for my family... I told them I booked a hotel.... and only when we turned the corner dit it click that this huge ship was our hotel... Super short stay, next time a longer visit to Rotterdam. Pity that it doesn't really have good transport (frequent) to Rotterdam and the Ahoy...I had to take the car.. otherwise would have been too late for the show."
