To comfirm the bed is twin, separable, I called the hotel before we booked online. The lady staff confirmed the bed is a twin separable bed without extra cost. Unprofessional service. "The schloss complex has been converted imaginatively and tastefully into a well-equipped hotel. The reception and restaurant staff were most helpful and courteous and helped to make our stay very enjoyable."
