"I arrived at the hotel and there was no reception and no one there. After a long wait and several attempts of calls, I could reach the owner after speak to some neighbor. He said he never received my booking! Which was confirmed for me by email of Hotels.com and already paid. I could not stay at the hotel because there was not clean room available.

Great location, nice space with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The soaps and shampoos smelled great. The managers were very nice and allowed us to get in earlier.

This place was amazing. Chirac, the owner on site made us feel as though we were her best friends. She arranged tours of a few local vineyards and we were shocked when we discovered that they were set up privately for just my wife and myself. The hotel itself was beautiful,clean and extremely comfortable. We have already told many of our friends that if they go to this area of Italy this is a must go to place to stay. Thank you so much for making our visit so wonderful.

You go in through the cafe which is darling. The lady who runs it was quite nice and helpful. She walked me through everything on the locks and showed me to my room. Charming, if small room. Comfy bed & pillows. My only complaint would be the bathroom window curtain was very sheer. Just so you know my room was the solo room in the middle of the back courtyard/parking. A stand alone room. Didn't bother me but there was no TV if that matters to you. Great location for everything to eat and do....

The room was very clean, comfortable, easy to parking place,... we stayed 1 night but we really enjoyed to stay. The only thing there is a kind of smell in bathroom. If i go there i definetely to choose again for just sleeping.

The property itself was beautiful, built into a mountain. The room and property were very nice, a renovated villa property. They had a pool and spa in addition to two restaurants at the property. There was ample parking. The staff was very attentive and helpful, something we didnt receive at other properties. Overall, a phenomenal stay.
