"Even before we left home, the staff at taavetti was responsive and kind and helped us organise a driver who picked us up (and waited for us to sort out an issue with our bags!) at colombo airport with a sign. "I loved this hotel so much. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and historic. The pool was amazing and the grounds were great. Above all of it was that the staff was so incredible. They were helpful and kind. I was traveling alone and the restaurant manager was completely helpful to me, giving me tips and also prepared a special seafood meal for me that was one of the best i have ever had. I will definitely come back here next time im in Sri Lanka! "
