Wish two beds(dbl size) can be smaller (twin size)then we would have more space . Liked the food -breakfast - buffet area was real tight to move around with a tray. "

I must compliment your staff Karim who is absolutely helpful & cheerful. Yi Wen also very helpful in directing us to our destinations. Overall we are very please our stay in your hotel. Will definitely recommend/promote your hotel to my friends. If only there are some daily day tours conducted by your hotel or merge with some travel agency for short tours for...

"Second time at ANA Crowne Plaza, overall satisfied with the service and stay, with the only exception of air-conditioning. Same issue as the previous stay, not being able to control and lower the temperature, locked at around 25 degree, which is relatively warm (to me). "

"I booked this Hotel when the only images available were CGI's as the Hotel was new and only opened in February of this year 2024. The Hotel was exceptional value. Clean, Well designed and directly accessible from the train station to the mall in the basement of the shopping mall directly underneath the Hotel. Very Organised and Polite Hotel Staff. My three night stay was a real JOY !! :)) "
